1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently offer standard shipping only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Shipping destination
• Package weight and size
At this time, expedited or express shipping options are not available.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days once the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Cross Angels is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
5. Shipping Destinations
At this time, Cross Angels ships only within the continental United States.
We do not offer:
• International shipping
• Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
• APO/FPO addresses
6. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

While we will assist in filing claims with the carrier when applicable, Cross Angels is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
• Delays caused by the carrier
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Cross Angels is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.
