4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item

Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

The following are not eligible for replacement:

5. Limitation of Remedies

Replacements for damaged or incorrect items are the sole and exclusive remedy available to the customer. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
